Authors submitting article first time online please click on ‘Create an account’ and register following the website’s instructions. If you are already registered, sign in with your username and password and then click on the ‘Author Area’ to start your submission.
Before submitting your manuscript please read and follow the guidelines for presentation. After you have logged in, please enter the ‘Author Area’ and select ‘Submit a new manuscript’.
Author Guidelines
Papers must be clearly written in English. Research articles present original research and address a clearly stated specific hypothesis or questions. Papers should provide table approaches and new insights in the problem described.
A research article should be divided into the following catchphrases:
- Title of the paper
- Author’s information ( Name, designation, organisation name, address, e-mail ID, Phone number)
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Introduction
- Materials, fabrications, and methods used
- Tables and figures
- Result and discussion
- References/bibliography
Guidelines for Presentation of Manuscripts
1. Document format: MS-Word
Font: Times New Roman
Title: Title Case bold, font size-14, centered full width
Names of author( s): Title case bold font size-12; centered
Address of author (s): Title the case normal,font size-12; centered
Abstract: Italics, normal font size 12; maximum of 300 words
Text: Times New Roman, Font size 12, Line spacing 1.15, Two columns’ page
Key words: Minimum five key words should be present from the work.
2. Declaration: Assigned declaration should be submitted/uploaded to the effect that the research work and the related document being submitted for publication is original and it has not been published earlier and/or not submitted to any other publisher for consideration of the publication.
3. Title Page: The Title page should contain the title, the name(s) of the author(s), the name(s) and address(es) of the institution(s) where the work was carried out, including a valid e-mailaddress for each author listed in the manuscript. For corresponding author please include telephone, mobile number.
4. Manuscript Title: The Title of the manuscript should be specific, concise and as informative as possible.
Words in the Title and in the Abstract are used for electronic search engines,
Please ensure that your title contains the main key words that most accurately describe the contents of the manuscript.
5. Abstract and Length of the Papers: The Abstract should summarize concisely in no more than 250words, the rationale, main findings, main conclusions, and wider implications of the study. It should contain no discursive matter or references.
Authors should suggest no less than six key words for their article in alphabetical order.
Full length of the paper should not exceed 8000 words.
6. Dates Formatting:
Our journal is recommended writing dates in the prescribed format only, i.e. October 1, 2019 can be used rather than 01/10/2019.
7. Figures, Tables, and Captions List:
Figures should be supplied in a separate electronic file for printing. The authors should include all the figure and tables in the PDF file of corresponding manuscript. Figures should be supplied in the following resolutions:
- 600 dots per inch (dpi) for the line drawings and combinations
- 300 dots per inch (dpi) for grey scale and colour
- Bitmap format (Photoshop, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, etc.). Bitmap images should be of 300 dpi resolution at least
Tables should be in continuation with text, and should be numbered with a concise and descriptive legend at the head. Figures, tables, charts, drawings, and graphs should be cited in text in numerical sequential order.
For production purposes, any line art, figures, graphs, charts, drawings, tables, and photographs will be treated as a graphic for final production. Authors should submit quality images forthe better published result.
8. Mathematical Equations: Authors should clearly ensure that subscripts, superscripts, Greek letters, and other symbols are appropriately furnished. If equations require more than one level of subscript or superscript, please use either ‘Microsoft Equation Editor’ or ‘Math Type’. If anything else is used, the equation has to be re-typed which makes it vulnerable to errors. All equations should be cited in text in numerical sequential order.
9. Units and Abbreviations: The International System of Units (SI units) should be used.
10. References: A list of references must be provided at the end of the paper. The accuracy of the references and citation information is the responsibility of the authors. Please be aware that, if citation information is incomplete or inaccurate, links on the online journal will not work.
References should be arranged in alphabetical order, justified alignment, List all authors of the paper. The titles of the periodicals should be complete and not abbreviated and in italics, without the place of publication.
